About ATL's Business Club
As part of our commitment to help our vendor-partners grow their businesses, we host a monthly business forum, where we invite experts in various fields of business to share their expertise. The forum also provides a networking opportunity for our vendors and other small business owners in the community.

About Our Speaker: John H. Vitt, Jr., CPA
John is a certified public accountant and a founding member of Accounting firm Vitt & San Filippo LLC, now Hollman Frenia Allison. Their offices are located on 194 E Bergen Place in Red Bank.

John is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. He was also a Monmouth College faculty member, where he taught accounting principles, cost accounting, and taxation.

John has provided representation before the IRS and NJ Division of Taxation regarding tax disputes including: payroll, corporations, partnerships, individual income taxes, sales tax, estates and trusts. He has also been an expert witness regarding NJ sales tax disputes.

John graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science and major in accounting, and has an MBA from Pace University.
